In the basement of Villa Kairos, there is luxurious spa area equipped with various facilities: indoor swimming pool, sauna, bathroom with shower, gym and entertainment room with a billiard table. The indoor swimming pool is heated, which is ideal for winter days.

The main feature of this Villa is the outdoor swimming pool with a shower and spacious terrace with lounge chairs where you can enjoy reading the latest news or drinking your first morning coffee. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the sea, mountains and the old town of Trogir in the distance.
