A rustic 3-floor villa is a combination of the modern and warm exterior.

The interior also oozes warmth and a homey ambiance. The choice of wooden materials, steel beams and warm colors makes you feel completely comfortable.

The ground floor features a rustic kitchen that fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. A cozy living area with sofas, a fireplace and a flat TV is located next to the dining area and has an exit to the large terrace with a pool.

Each of the 4 bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, a flat TV and offers a park view. Three bedrooms have cozy double beds (160x200 cm) and one bedroom has twin beds (100x200 cm). Two extra beds are also at disposal and can be placed in any of the rooms.

A highlight of this renovated heritage property is an outdoor swimming pool of 28 m2. High walls protect the terrace and give it privacy. The pool has a heating option with a surcharge of 300€ per week. The stone-tilled sundeck is equipped with cozy beach chairs and decorated with autochthonous Mediterranean plants.

The alfresco dining area next to the pool will offer you precious moments with your family. You can purchase wine from the wine shop in the villa. In the summer kitchen with barbecue you can prepare traditional Istrian food.

Since this property is pet-friendly you can bring your pet (on request). Four parking places are at disposal for the villas’ guests.
