The closest village is the small historical village of Barban situated in the southern part of eastern Istria, while Pula is the closest bigger city. This whole area is famous for its rich heritage as well as for its variety of tourist offers.

The whole property is completely fenced and includes a big parking space for six vehicles. A perfectly manicured garden is to be found all around the villa. The central terrace goes to a 60m2 big swimming pool and lounge area for beach chairs and sun umbrellas.

The interior of the villa Porta Aurea is modern and elegant with dark blue and black furniture. A fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. The living room area, kitchen, and dining room build a large open-space ground-floor concept. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows offer an unobstructed view of the garden and pool area. Three of the five bedrooms are also on this floor. Each bedroom follows a different color scheme and has a private bathroom.

Elegant black stairs lead you to the first floor where you will find the remaining two bedrooms, also with en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the balcony.

One of the highlights of Villa Porta Aurea is the big outdoor summer kitchen with a wood barbecue and a covered table for twelve guests - ideal for al fresco dining during the hot summer days.
