This stylish villa with a pool sits in a quiet suburb of Pula city, only 5 kilometers from the downtown and the same distance from the beach. Here you can bring your family and friends and comfortably accommodate a group of up to 10 people.

The ground floor boasts a master bedroom and a large open plan living room with a kitchen and dining area. Elegant furniture and beautiful decorations make this place very warm and pleasant to socialize with. Large sliding glass doors open towards the outdoor dining area and facilitate flow to the pool. Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms with sunny balconies.

Outdoors you can spend relaxing moments in the Jacuzzi and in the pool. For easier getting into the pool, there are stairs. The pool heating option is available in the colder months, depending on weather conditions.

Find your perfect setting to relax and unwind in the sun on beautiful sun loungers neatly arranged by the pool.

To stay active, there is a tennis court in front of the villa. It is shared with a sister villa and you can use it for free. Furthermore, 5 bicycles are provided on the property, and if you wish you can explore the nearby area on two wheels.

Beautiful sandy and pebbly beaches are only short drives away and a perfect choice for a relaxing day at the beach.
