Villa Opulence with pool features 4 spacious bedrooms with king-size beds and a private bathroom in each. Thus, it is perfect for groups of 8 guests. Furthermore, on request it is possible to arrange extra beds, with extra charge of 45€ per night and per guest.  The modern and spacious living room with an open-concept kitchen provides a great setting for indoor socializing and entertainment.

The absolute highlight of this luxury Istrian villa is its heated indoor pool. It is 18 meters long and 3,5 meters wide. Since it is enclosed it offers a great experience all year round. In warmer months, glass walls can open. Moreover, you will find here Jacuzzi, sauna and gym.

Green lawns surround the villa from the outside and from the upper floor you can even enjoy the sea view. In the middle of the garden, under the large tree, there is a large dining table, perfect for dining outdoors.

Villa Opulence is a self-catering type of vacation home. Nevertheless,  a personal concierge agent is at your disposal and wide range of additional services such as personal chef are available with surcharge.

Here you can enjoy the full privacy and upscale comfort on vacation. Though, a bit tucked away, you can easily reach shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions within a short drive away. We recommend a visit to the beautiful city of Porec (15-minute drive), Rovinj (30-minute drive), and medieval hilltop town Motovun (30-minute drive). The beaches of the western coast of the Istrian peninsula are within a 20-minute drive.

A surcharge of 30 EUR/day for energy costs applies, regardless of the number of guests staying.
