The Villa is located in Pazin on a property of 1800m2 and has 3 floors. In the basement of the Villa you will find a room with a billiard table and a wine shop, where smoking is allowed, it is a great place to spend your time playing and drinking wine in the evening. On the ground floor of the Villa, you will find the luxurious fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area as well as one bedroom. The other bedrooms are located on the first floor, all rooms have a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom.

The outdoor area with the heated pool is amazing for spending hot summer days. There is a fee of €250 per week for the heating of the pool in the off-season (01.10.-01.06.).

Furthermore, you can also find outdoor furniture, dining area, BBQ, and kitchen in front of the house, so if you want to grill something you have more than enough place for it.
