A large, fully fenced outdoor area in front of the house is a highlight of this property. In the first part of the yard, there is a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and greenery. Here you can soak up the sun or just unwind. The lower part of the yard, and only a few stairs away, is designed for sports activities. Here you can challenge your travel friends to a game of volleyball, basketball or table tennis. Children can play cheerfully on the playground.  

The interior is bright and airy thanks to many floor-to-ceiling glass walls which offer direct access to the terrace. Light colors and rustic style dominate. An elegant dining room, rustically decorated kitchen, and living room are particularly pleasing to the eye.

The roof terrace is another gem within the property. Apart from the lounge furniture and an inviting jacuzzi, you will have the fitness equipment at your disposal. Warm-up your muscles while enjoying the magnificent scenery of the crystal clear Adriatic Sea. The villa offers two SUP boards with two paddles as well as an ICO CAR vehicle (golf vehicle).

In order to ensure that our guests enjoy the family environment we have created to the maximum, the reservation holder must be at least 25 years old. 

Younger groups and parties are not allowed. The villa is family oriented with its amenities and will ensure a lovely family vacation.
