Built into the seaside hills, at the foot of the mountain Kozjak this modern villa features tiered garden terraces spread over 7000 square meters. Panoramic sea views encompassing the Kastela Bay and Split city permeate virtually every corner of this villa. 

The home boasts an impressive heated swimming pool of 100 m2. The pool can be heated from 1.5.-31.10. 

With six bedrooms (including two in a private guest annex apartment), this holiday villa is ideal for multiple couples, destination venue guests and families.

The pool plateau beckons you to enjoy in the exquisite daily sunlight or plunge into the night luminous pool water. Multiple garden patios encircle the villa, while the luxuriant upper terrace offers an extraordinary space for serene relaxation or family gatherings, including a shaded dining table with sea views.

The house includes 500 square meters of living space shared between the main building and annex apartment. When entering the villa you’ll be impressed by the open-concept living area with high, floor-to-ceiling windows flooding the airy space with natural light. The ample lounge area features neoteric fireplace and sofas in soothing neutral tones, while the dining table enjoys bountiful natural daily light. Few steps away a newly designed kitchen fully equipped with Miele appliances and generous space for prep and storage complements this extraordinary living space.
