This modern Split villa features three floors. On the middle level, there is an open-concept living and dining area. Black and brown tones dominate the space and are complemented with wooden details. Everywhere around you, there are large windows that provide an unobstructed view of the outdoor area as well as an amazing sea view. Being so close to nature is so calming and restful. A fully-equipped kitchen has a big kitchen island and direct access to the terrace. One bedroom and a bathroom are also on this floor.

The wooden stairs lead upstairs. Here you will find a bathroom and three cozy bedrooms in neutral tones and with a balcony.

The ground level of the house features a bathroom and another two bedrooms where the double bed can be separated into two twin beds.
