The highlight of the property are the spacious swimming pool and terrace equipped with beach chairs. The verdant garden is well-maintained and has a lovely seating area.

The interior of the villa is modern and bright, with lots of carefully selected details.

On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a sea view, a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining table. The living room with comfortable sofas and a fireplace will be a great place for your afternoon rest. On this floor, there are 2 toilets at disposal.

On the upper floor, there are 3 stylish bedrooms with a luxuriously equipped en-suite bathroom with a shower and a sea view. Two of them have a terrace, an ideal place for an afternoon book reading with a glass of your favorite drink. Here you can enjoy the sunset and observe the verdant surroundings. The pool can be heated outside high season, the price would be 150€ per week. Baby cot available on request (€10 per day).

The villa allows pets to accompany guests for an additional fee and with prior notice. Additionally, the villa offers the option to charge electric vehicles.

Pripanje beach is just 2.6 km and Rabac is 20 km away. You can also visit Rasa Bay on the western side of the villa. We recommend visiting Opatija, Pula, the famous Roman Arena and Brijuni National Park.
