This vacation home near Pula boasts beautiful outdoor area and enclosed garden. You can swim in the pool or rest on the lounge chairs in the natural shade under olive trees. Next to the pool, there is a BBQ and an alfresco dining table so you can prepare and enjoy delicious meals. The villa offers pool heating, which is available upon request. Guests who wish to use this service must notify us at least 7 days before arrival to ensure the pool is heated in time. The fee for this service is €150 per week, payable upon arrival. 

Families with children or without children, as well as groups of friends will have plenty of space.

There are three spacious bedrooms with king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The first bedroom is on the ground floor and has an exit to the terrace. The others are on the upper floor and have a balcony with charming views of the village.

A charging station for an electric car is at your disposal.

Luxury Villa Floral Elegance is in the seaside area of Premantura. It is at the south of the Istrian peninsula.

Here you will find lovely local restaurants and grocery shops, all within a short walk away. Within a couple of minutes by car or taxi you can visit the seaside villages of Medulin and Banjole. For some nightlife and city vibes, head to Pula town.

You can easily visit small towns dotted along the western coast of the Istrian peninsula, such as Rovinj and Porec.

We recommend taking the boat trip to the Brijuni Islands Archipelago.
