The main socializing zone is a large patio with a heated pool, sun deck, and the summer kitchen with an alfresco dining table and the wood-fire barbecue. Here the whole group can gather and enjoy delicious meals or relax by the pool enjoying refreshing drinks and soaking up the sun.

The outdoor jacuzzi and several lounge areas are here to give you even more relaxation areas.

Outdoors you will also find a tennis court with artificial grass and a mini-golf court with 9 holes, perfect for practice. Furthermore, on the ground floor, there is a fitness room with multigym equipment, a sauna, and an entertainment room with billiards, darts, and table soccer.

On the ground floor, there is also a fully equipped kitchen and formal dining for 14 people. It connects with the elegant living room with Smart TV with Netflix and a fireplace. Here you will also find the children's playroom with toys and children-friendly furniture.

The electric car charging station is available on site. Pets (up to two small dogs) are allowed on request with prior notice and with surcharge. During colder months (November - April) pool heating is available with surcharge. From May until October pool heating is included in the price.
