The ground floor, which consists of garden and ground level is reserved exclusively for social entertainment and relaxation. The interior of the ground floor of Villa Mediterraneo is an ideal place to enjoy with your friends in music, food, and drink. Within this area, there is also a table tennis playground outdoor fireplace and sauna. The first floor of the Villa consists of modernly equipped kitchen and a dining area with a fireplace, while in the second part lies a spacious comfortable living room with large sofa and LCD TV. The long terrace of the first floor offers a magnificent view of the horizon and sunset, while you are having dinner or enjoying a glass of wine.

On the first level, there are 2 separate luxurious suites.
