On the second level, the villa boasts also 3 luxury bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and beautiful views of the sea and the Brac island. This level also boasts a fully equipped charming rustic kitchen with a comfortable modern living room with a flat TV and satellite channels. The beautiful terrace with a gorgeous pool with an infinity edge has found the central position on the property. Around the pool are beach chairs, umbrellas, and plants, such as palm trees that give an additional touch of nature. This part of the property is really its best part, where you can relax during the hot summer period. Besides this one, the villa has 2 more terraces. One terrace has a Jacuzzi, sun chairs, and a relaxing outdoor sitting area. The third terrace, above the summer kitchen, is smaller and has only beach chairs. From both, you can admire the mesmerizing sea view.

Guests have a garage at disposal and outdoor private parking for more vehicles. Pets are allowed on request only, with additional surcharge of 100€.
