The wonderful 2-floor villa is situated on a property of 550 m2. The mansion itself extends to 250 m2. The interior of the mansion is radiant and stylish. Each detail in the mansion has been carefully chosen. A modernly designed kitchen has clear lines, a breakfast bar and a dining table. Living room with comfortable sofas exudes great comfort and offers a sea view.

Each of the three bedrooms has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, a flat TV, air conditioning. From the balconies, you can enjoy the mesmerizing sea view. Sitting furniture is perfect for relaxation and contemplation. 

The shallow end pool of 27 m2 located in front of the mansion is surrounded by beach chairs, a sun umbrella, and an outdoor shower. The pool has a heating option in preseason and postseason. The guests can relax on the outdoor furniture and observe the panorama of the city, Adriatic Sea, and Brac island. A gas barbecue is on the terrace, so you can prepare traditional Dalmatian meals.

Three parking places and Wi-Fi are at guests’ disposal.
